POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician, who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, can handle the freedom of the open road and enjoys ensuring our properties are always in pristine condition.

Your day-to-day?

Carry out routine inspections, tackle preventative maintenance and handle any issues that pop up, from appliance repairs to urgent plumbing leaks. This role demands someone proactive with a knack for problem-solving and ready to step up

to the plate even after hours for emergencies. Bring your maintenance experience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preventative maintenance tasks.
Perform routine inspections of vacation rental properties to identify maintenance needs and address issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance tasks, including work orders, repairs, replacements and report any issues to the Facilities Manager.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
Be available for on-call duties after hours and on days off to address urgent maintenance requests or emergencies, as required.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, such as plumbing leaks, power outages, or HVAC failures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Experience in power washing, pest control, pool maintenance, painting, drywall repair and other similar jobs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance needs proactively.
Basic computer skills for recording and tracking maintenance activities.
Willingness to be on-call after hours and on days off, as needed.
Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary:
$50,000

Schedule:
Must be willing to work Monday thru Friday during regular business hours with the flexibility to work after hours as needed.
