• + Ensure Safety and Zero Harm processes and procedures are followed.
• Responsibilities include performing an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock.
• Packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse/assembly/repair of pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and mechanical tooling.
• This position is often required to move between other departments to help cover gaps and ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.
• Understanding of operational constraints and identify resolutions that would resolve process problems.
• Analyze and help identify solutions to run the operation while maintaining target throughput within the department.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for work areas as required
• .
• + Contribute to ensuring customer needs are met with 100% on time delivery.
• What You Bring
• + 3 plus years' experience in a productive warehouse or logistics center environment.
• SAP EWM knowledge and experience.
• Positive, collaborative, can do attitude.
• Proven working experience in a warehouse
• Proficiency in inventory software, SAP EWM
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (~50lbs at most)
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
