Traffic Management Solutions (TMS) is an advanced innovator in the field of Electrical, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Tolling infrastructure throughout Florida. We are currently seeking a capable Project Coordinator with a strong desire for personal advancement to join our industry leading team.

As an Electrical, ITS, Tolling Project Coordinator at (TMS), you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects. You will work closely with purchasing managers, project managers, suppliers and engineers to ensure that projects are sourcing and delivering the correct materials in the correct quantities. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Support purchasing manager and project managers in project buyout.
Provide administrative support to develop, process, track and distribute materials submittals.
Maintain materials certification logs and other required project documentation.
Assist with generating purchase orders and scheduling material deliveries.
Confirm compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Track and report project performance metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned by purchasing managers

Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED and prior work experience to support the above responsibilities.
Punctuality and a winning attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in and Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook etc)
Bluebeam Revu Software is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of electrical, ITS, and tolling systems is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
