With strategically placed facilities throughout the country, they are able to transform lives with personalized care. As they continue to expand into new markets, they are looking for a Sales Director to lead their existing team and scale their substance abuse operations for further reach.
JOB:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for adopting an existing team of 10 BDMs and are going to be instrumental in helping them succeed in their daily goals and ultimately maximize the company's reach throughout the country. This means helping to quarterback new partnerships, facilitate BDMs continued development, and expanding new opportunities in future markets. You will be responsible for exceeding census goals and hitting revenue benchmarks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to not only make a big difference in people's lives but also to grow in the future to a C-Level role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of healthcare sales experience
3-5 years of leadership managing a team of 8+
Experience working in addiction, substance abuse strongly preferred
Experience hitting census, capacity, and high revenue targets a must
Bachelors or Associate is preferred
MUST live in Florida but will require travel to different states
