Authority Brands is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Senior Technical Recruiter will play a key role in the company's talent acquisition efforts by identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for Marketing , Finance and Technical positions and will possess excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand technical talent needs and develop recruiting strategies to fulfill those needs.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with top technical talent, including but not limited to job boards, social media, professional networking, and employee referrals.
Screen and qualify candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical hiring needs.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on hiring for accounting, IT, marketing, or related technical roles.
Strong understanding of various technical skill sets and the ability to assess candidates' technical qualifications.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage the hiring process. Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to talent acquisition.
