Our client, a dynamic and mission-driven non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary part-time Marketing Support Specialist to join their team in Bethesda, MD through August!
About the Job:
• Carry out various administrative duties to aid the sales and marketing teams, primarily involving data entry in Microsoft Excel.
• Support marketing initiatives such as copywriting, proofreading, research, and updating marketing materials.
• Refresh web pages on microsites through effective utilization of the CMS.
• Attend and prepare for meetings to advance products, projects, and priorities.
• Execute additional tasks as requested, directed, or assigned.
About You:
• 1+ years of marketing experience is required.
• Advanced MS Office, Salesforce, and Marketo experience is required.
• Strong strategy, execution, and delegation skills while meeting tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently multitask.
About the Position:
• $20/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary through the end of August.
• Part-time for 30 hours/week.
• Hybrid on-site 2 days/week.
• Bethesda, MD.
