Responsibilities:
Manage a robust pipeline of sophisticated litigation cases, including class actions, in the technology, finance, life sciences, and energy sectors.
Manage all complex disputes and litigation aspects, including client interaction, discovery management, depositions, court appearances, oral arguments, and mediations.
Collaborate with Firms industry-leading eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams for efficient discovery processes.
Requirements:
3-5 years of litigation experience.
Membership to the DC State Bar.
Strong academic credentials.
Exceptional legal research abilities.
Superb writing and oral communication skills.
Proactive and critical thinker.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to balance independent work with strong team collaboration.
Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Skills:
Litigation experience (3-5 years).
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage complex disputes and litigation independently.
Interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Team player mentality with proactive and critical thinking abilities.
