Position:
Clinical Supervisor - LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC

Are you a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor with expertise in LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC? Join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in supervising and leading our passionate professionals.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight:
Provide clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of effective and ethical services.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinicians to achieve their highest potential.
Program Development:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of clinical programs to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications for Your Leadership Journey:

Master's Degree (Preferred):
Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC Licensure:
Hold a current and valid LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC license.
Supervising Experience:
Demonstrate at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
Leadership Skills:
Showcase strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
