Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in global product portfolio management within the polymers/resins chemical market, with over 5 years in mid-sized international manufacturing.

Skills:

Product Commercialization:
Proven success in launching new products within the polymer or related markets.
Collaborative Leadership:
Strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Sales, R&D, and product development.
Market Analysis:
Recent experience in analyzing global market trends and competitive landscapes to drive strategic product decisions.
Portfolio Optimization:
Demonstrated skill in optimizing global product portfolios and SKU management for enhanced profitability.
Team Leadership:
Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and leading a high-performing, motivated team.

This is a nationwide search, and the position may not be located in the city of this advertisement.
This is NOT a remote position. Relocation will likely be required.
