Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in Qlik Sense and Property & Casualty Insurance.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience and will be responsible for designing developing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights.
This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of data solutions using Qlik Sense to provide actionable business insights.
• Oversee the implementation of data architecture that supports the companys Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Provide technical expertise in Qlik Sense to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain data models that support business analytics and reporting needs.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across various data sources and platforms.
• Optimize data solutions for performance and scalability to meet the growing needs of the business.
• Conduct regular reviews of data architecture to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for data architecture and Qlik Sense development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and analytics to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of data solutions with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies to protect sensitive information.
• Qualifications - Possess strong experience in Qlik Sense with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Have a deep understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain to effectively design relevant data solutions.
• Nice to have skills in ANSI SQL Database and SQL Qlikview and Qlik Saas to enhance data architecture capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position is $110,000-$135,000+ depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
