• Summary

The DevOps Engineer II will work primarily in both Azure and Azure DevOps and will assist development teams in finding the best way to organize their work and solve problems. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining infrastructure to help automate building, deploying, and monitoring of our applications.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to maintaining existing solutions, assists in implementing changes to IT infrastructure in support of new and existing software development.
Automates processes to build and deploy software applications.
Applies Continuous Improvement / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices to improve software development.
Creates documentation for guidelines, processes, and solutions.
Advises other teams on how to best manage cloud resources.
Advises other teams on best practices for managing Azure DevOps projects.
Assist with monitoring and logging.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of general DevOps experience.
Experience provisioning and managing Azure resources.
Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, primarily focused on Terraform.
Passionate about learning new technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working in an Agile environment recommended.
