About the Role

The Screen Graphics Specialist will create press-ready mechanical artwork through carefully and precisely formatting text and arranging design elements specific to department expectations and maintain brand standards. They will work closely with the Senior Graphic Design Specialist to ensure deadlines are met, all files are accurate and ready to release to vendors.

What You will Do:

Create materials including but not limited to the following: final artwork for release to print vendors for all JPMS primary packaging, UPCs, shipper cartons & PILs
Cross check marketing materials & artwork for ingredient lists, translations and necessary information
Build, release and archive digital files to brand standard and specifications
Produce multiple versions of layouts and maintain all history of revisions
Work closely with team to ensure brand guidelines and formatting are followed
Prioritize and manage workload to ensure all deadlines are met

Requirements:

What You'll Need:

Skills:

Mid-level skills and working knowledge of design programs required (Apple Mac Graphic Design Programs: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Basic experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of typography, design & applying brand standards
Knowledge of the print production process and prepress requirements
Ability to work as a team member, creating and maintaining effective working relationships

Education:

High school diploma or GED required
Associate's degree strongly preferred

Experience:

1+ years of experience in print and digital production

Comprehensive understanding of typesetting, typography, design principles, and related concepts

Competitive Compensation:

The expected hourly rate for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hour. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
Discretionary Bonus Plan: This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
