Saab, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a System Analyst to provide integral support to our force-on-force program. The System Analyst provides detailed analysis during the conduct of a USMC Training event to help create the post-training exercise reports.

The System Analyst mans the Exercise Control (ExCon) workstations during exercises and contributes to the development of various reports. This position also advises training units on the capabilities of equipment and coordinates with the training unit before and during the exercise to ensure they are aware of the system's capabilities.

Responsibilities Include:

Reports to the Saab Site Lead.
Conduct the prep, issuance, and recovery of equipment for home station and off-site exercises.
Provide analysis and content for report details throughout the exercise as detailed by the Operations Officer. This may be achieved through deployment as company teams or as an individual
Operate the full desktop WinEXCON system to provide After Action Review support.
Executes plans and orders received.
Proposes dynamic scenario adaptations based on training guidance provided by the Operations Officer and Unit Commander.
Monitors progress of the exercise to ensure capture of key data points to support reporting.
Monitors live field video and annotate and edit for reporting use.
Analyses and evaluates results; compare with scheme of maneuver submitted by unit commanders.

Other:

Attend training in CONUS or OCONUS as required.
Support Saab marketing activity, as required.
Support other Saab projects as required.
When required, surge to other locations in support of exercises,
Support warehouse operations, pre-exercise setup, post-exercise maintenance on equipment, and other tasks and duties when required by Site Leadership.
Twice a year, have the ability to travel up to 30-days in support of a military exercise.
Other duties as assigned in support of the CROW.

Compensation Range: $67,800-$83,100

The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.

Skills and Experience:

BA/BS in engineering, business, or related discipline and 3+ years experience or MA/MS in engineering, business, or related discipline and 0+ years experience.
Former USMC Officer (Captain or above) or former USMC SNCO (SSgt or above) preferred.
Live Training / simulation experience desired.
US Driver's License.
Understanding of USMC Combined Arms tactics; Tactics, Techniques & Procedures
Experience/expertise in Maneuver, Intelligence, Fires, Logistics, Information Environment, or Aviation
Analytical skills and experience
Must possess an active Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk for long periods of time.

Citizenship Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
