Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers experiencing internet connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve internet service problems via phone, email, and remote access.
Assist customers with setting up and configuring internet equipment.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
Educate customers on best practices for optimizing their internet service.
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with basic troubleshooting knowledge for internet and networking issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, family-focused environment.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Experience with troubleshooting routers and home networks is preferred.
