What You Can Expect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud DevOps Engineer at Zoom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our gateway infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems for deploying, monitoring, and managing gateway services that facilitate seamless communication experiences.

About The Team

Zoom is at the forefront of revolutionizing collaboration experiences. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join us to continuously elevate our Zoom Platform and AI services to higher levels. Our team's responsibilities include but are not limited to Zoom AI Companion, Marketplace, Event Consumer, Integration and Zoom Apps.

What We're Looking For

Have BS, BA or MS (CS/CE/EE/IS or related majors)
2+ years experience in Cloud-Based DevOps or SRE
Have fair enough knowledge of AWS services, Linux batch command, ELK stack and container orchestration (i.e. K8s, Docker)
Have hands-on experience on scripting, such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, GO
Have the ability to monitor, debug and automate routine tasks
Be familiar with cloud infrastructure technologies and cloud-based test automation solution
Be willing to learn, be proactive, and think creatively

Have some experience with AI or Machine Learning

Minimum

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

$83,700.00

Maximum

$178,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
