About the job Support Technician - Windows (2nd shift)
This role is a permanent, full-time, remote position
You would:
Provide professional and friendly server support
Develop a deep understanding of Liquid Web's products
Install and configure Windows Server operating systems and related software
Identify industry trends and recommend new product ideas
You have: Solid working knowledge of Windows Server OS
Experience with Windows web hosting tools
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Self Motivation and attention to detail
