Your role in VBA:
As a Recruiter, you will support our hiring goals by evaluating applications and screening and interviewing candidates for our Behavioral Technician roles. If you find a sense of purpose and fulfillment in connecting with others on a daily basis, you'll thrive in this role.
You'll make an impact by:
Evaluating applications, contacting and phone screening candidates, and scheduling and completing interviews
Preparing job offers and new hire paperwork; entering new hire information into our HRIS and scheduling software platform
Posting and updating jobs on career and college job boards
Communicating with VBA's scheduling team regarding hiring needs
Developing and strengthening your recruiting skills by assisting with special projects and sourcing initiatives
Most importantly, you'll play an essential role in helping kids with autism receive life-changing therapy services

Requirements: Requirements:
6 months+ of HR or Recruiting experience
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
Positive attitude, with a natural ability to communicate and build rapport with others
Proficiency in Google Suite and able to quickly learn new software systems
Ability to work PST hours, Monday - Friday
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required
Experience with ABA is highly desired, but not required!
