$16.00 - $19.69 / Hour

JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enters information taken from Equipment Repair Orders and enters into the maintenance history database (Repair Tool).

Audits paperwork and input for inaccuracies and missing information. May include having to follow-up and correct any records.

Enters information into other on-line databases.

Completes any necessary filing.

Responsible for ordering materials & supplies via multiple on-line ordering systems to include follow-up on missing or delayed shipments.

Ability to train new Data Entry Clerks, advise less experienced staff, and provide backup assistance when necessary.

Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.

At least five years related experience is required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

Computer Skills

Basic knowledge of personal computer operations.

Language Skills

English (reading, writing, verbal)

Mathematical Skills

Basic math skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. This position also may require the occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
