Pay Range
$19-$21: Pay based on experience and property needs.
Have you ever wondered if Spanish lessons in high school could help you earn more money in your career? Then this might be the perfect job for you. This position reports to the property or leasing manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. This position is responsible for the day-to-day of leasing apartment homes to prospective residents. Consider this role as the first line of defense for the property manager.

Requirements:
•Leasing Experience: Prefer a minimum of six months of leasing experience.

•Tech Skills: Familiarity with property management software is a plus, along with a strong work ethic and collaborative attitude.
