The Clinic Manager will manage the clinic s administrative operations including but not limited to:
managing patient assignments, staff supervision and scheduling, coordination of referrals, patient visit volume distributions; as well as effectively managing utilization, productivity, personnel and supplies.
The Clinic Manager ensures adherence to clinical best practices to promote optimal patient outcomes and patient experience and ensures that patient needs are continually assessed through chart reviews and varies other methods.
The Clinic Manager participates in team meetings and represents clinical staff on appropriate committees and the agency to the community.

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
Certified Medical Assistant a plus
Minimum 3 years ambulatory clinic administration and management or 3 years Executive Assistant or office manager level experience running an office operation
Minimum 3 years leading and supervising employee teams
Minimum 3 years management of front office operations of a medical clinic, general office or program
Bilingual BiCultural Spanish Speaker a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi task/prioritize in a fast-paced work environment Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Self-motivated; capable of developing analysis from ambiguous information with minimal or no supervision.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proven ability to multi-task, manage workflow and meet deadlines.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a dynamic environment.
Creative thinker with high energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and as a member of project teams.
Strong work ethic, customer service skills, positive and resilient attitude and integrity in all agency business dealings and interactions.
Excellent, sound judgement and decision-making skills in a fast-moving environment; Ability to observe and work within professional boundaries in all interactions with all constituents; Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy under normal and stressful conditions.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to work effectively, maintain and cultivate relationships with Agency constituents of diverse backgrounds.
Establish credibility with all constituents.
Flexible schedule, including ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.
Must be able to travel between agency sites or other locations as assigned.
Valid California driver s license, dependable transportation with insurance, and a clean driving record.
Ability to be on time.
