Adhrena recherche aujourd'hui pour le compte d'un client dans l'univers du spiritueux un Chef(fe) de secteur pour couvrir un parc de 150 magasins HM/SM et Cash & Carry en totale autonomie.
Missions:
Rattaché(e) à la Direction des opérations et plus particulièrement à un(e) Chef(fe) des Ventes Régional(e), vos missions seront principalement les suivantes :
Application de la politique commerciale de l'entreprise auprès des acteurs de la Grande Distribution.
Développement de la présence des gammes en linéaire - DN/PDL… (Mix marketing).
Optimiser la revente d'opérations nationales et régionales et assurer la mise en place dans les points de vente.
Assurer un reporting d'activité régulier ainsi que la veille concurrentielle terrain (remontées d'informations).
Savoir piloter son activité en fonction des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs définis.
Optimisation des moyens marketing mis à disposition.

Vous avez une connaissance et maîtrise de l'univers des spiritueux ;
Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente, de négociation et de merchandising ;

Vous avez le sens du relationnel et de l'organisation ;
Vous avez un esprit d'équipe prononcé, faites preuve de rigueur et d'autonomie ;
Vous maîtrisez le pack office et les outils de CRM.
