Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives within an industrial manufacturing environment, with a focus on lean principles. As a key member of our management team, the Continuous Improvement Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a change agent, championing the adoption of lean principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define improvement goals, prioritize projects, and track progress towards objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement among employees at all levels.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings through the application of lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, with certification in Six Sigma or Lean preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.
