Description

Under the direct supervision of the OR RN Circulator, assists the medical and nursing staff in the care of the patient in the OR. The Surgery Technician's primary function is the scrub person role in the Surgical Suites and other clinical areas.

Required Qualifications:

upon hire: National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
5 years Experience as a Surgical Technician in a Main Operating Room.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Graduate of a Surgical Technology program.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
