• Responsibilities:*Leadership:* Provide direction and support to nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care standards.
• Training:* Assist in orienting new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants, maintaining top-notch care training.
• Communication:* Regularly liaise with Nurse Manager, sharing observations and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Patient Care:* Offer direct patient care, including specialized procedures, ensuring residents' well-being.
• Ideal Candidate Qualifications:* Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
• Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
• One year nursing experience, dedicated to professional nursing standards.
• Compensation and Benefits:*Competitive Pay:* $35.50 - $42 per hour.
