Hayward, CA / Administration California / Full-Time The Project Concierge is responsible for the direct support of Renewal by Andersens installation projects and the customer experience associated with it.
These responsibilities include communicating with customers and field installation partners to ensure timely project completion and issue resolution.
We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service and multi-tasking abilities, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position will serve as the primary point of communication for our customers installation process.
• Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all administrative functions related to the installation process Acts as the primary contact for customers, install service providers, field technicians, and install management staff.
Maintain consistent customer touchpoints through various project milestones.
Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status and timeline.
Resolve customer complaints regarding product and service, engaging other departments when needed (i.e., sales, ordering, install management staff).
Scheduling installations and providing homeowners with clear expectations to ensure seamless commencement and completion of their project.
Attend company meetings and seminars as required.
Other job duties as assigned by manager
• Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of customer service experience Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office tools' knowledge and proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet.
Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolution to issues presented Able to sit and work with computers and phones for long periods of at least 6 hours or more
