Position: Senior IT Systems Support Specialist- direct hire role
full-time onsite in Campbell, CA
Description
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Windows, and Mac OS
Troubleshoot and resolve software and operating system problems efficiently.
Experience with User / Account administration with O365
Being the point of escalation of L1 and L2 tickets.
Mentor junior help desk teams members!
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Train users on new software applications and technologies as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and software troubleshooting techniques.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, MacOS and the Office 365 Application Suite.
Strong working experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
O365 administration is as must
Knowledge of maintaining users, groups, and applications within Okta or equivalent service.
Familiarity with computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies.
