Accounting Reporting and Control SME - Fixed-term

In this role You will:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of quarter-end and month-end close processes.
  • Resolve issues and queries using Group Reporting Manuals, collaborating closely with Business and team members.
  • Conduct product and customer profitability analysis for planning and performance tasks.
  • Provide deep process domain expertise to support operations delivery, quality management, and control.
  • Offer guidance, support, training, and mentoring for operations teams.
  • Manage and supervise all Finance processes, ensuring accurate and timely management information and reconciliations.
  • Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities, developing permanent solutions.
  • Support finance service center strategy to meet Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, targets, and budgets.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in financial accounting with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated process expertise in ARC areas, especially Group close, contract management, and supplementary information.
  • Experience in supporting and implementing strategic plans across a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, numeracy, and financial understanding.
  • Self-confident in interactions with internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, assertiveness, and influencing skills.
