Collection, Credit Analyst and AR Accountant

About the role

The Collection, Credit Analyst and AR Accountant role offers an exciting opportunity to become an expert in Order to Cash area - one of the most diverse streams in Finance chain.
You will specialize in one of the several areas of responsibility, including accounting, customer and vendor collaboration, or risk management.
You will support multiple other functions within organization with operational activities, gaining experience and wide perspective on end-to-end Order to Cash processes.

Role Responsibilities

You will be assigned to one of the specializations within team structure:

• Cash application:
  You will be responsible for cash application, nettings, AR accounts reconciliation and other accounting activities as per current requirements.

• Collections and Disputes:
  You will become the main financial point of contact for our customers, building strong relationship and resolving potential issues and complaints, maintaining strong cash flow and securing our receivables at the same time.

• Deductions:
  You will focus on validation and processing of documents from dedicated portfolio of our vendors, providing support to our partners and keeping their information up to date in our systems.

• Setting list prices and sales discounts in ERP system.
  You will support logistic team to service customers promptly.

Regardless of your dedicated area of responsibility, you will:

• React to any changes in legal, fiscal or internal regulations, designing and applying changes within dedicated processes with support of our experts.

• Support resolution of internal and external audit queries and SOX controls

• Take part in local and global projects, continuously improving Order to Cash processes.

• Cooperate with multiple functions - Customer Service, Logistics, Legal, Tax & Stats, Close & Control, Finance Directors and Finance Business Partners, Finance Controllers, Compliance Officers, and others, gaining wide knowledge about financial operations of world-wide organization.

• Seek development, improvement and standardization, to deliver an excellent service in assigned process to the benefit of Haleon and our partners.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor/master's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.

• Knowledge and practical experience in working with Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel.

• Fluent local (Romanian) and English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferable experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

• Excellent task management skills, and resilience to time pressure.

• Good communicator, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals, both internal and external.
