Outstanding low-cost medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, Rochester pays 92% of the premiums on behalf of its full-time employeesPaid time off, including vacation, sick, and holidayGenerous match 401K programTuition reimbursementFlexible spending accountAnd so much more!General SummaryThis position focuses on supporting and developing supplier account relationships and programs in the Americas Region.ResponsibilitiesDevelops supplier programs with designated tier 1, tier 2, and targeted suppliers.Assists in development with all suppliers, as needed.Develops key relationships with executive, sales, distribution, and product group management.Establishes sales goals for each designated supplier to achieve for fiscal year.Works with Sales to develop product knowledge and programs to achieve maximum sales opportunities.Develops specific strategic programs on product transitions to Rochester.Focuses analysis on heartbeat products ( i.e.
MPU's, MCU's, FPGA's, ASIC's) that are planned for LTB or in the process.Develops supplier services business strategy, plans and goals (assembly, test and other).Manages a team of Business Development Managers or DirectorsWorking ConditionsPosition requires 20% - 50% travelNormal Business Office Environment Frequent walking, sitting Moderate/keyboard use QualificationsA Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or other technical discipline.
Minimum ten (10+) years of industry and/or business-related experience.Strong background in Semiconductor sales.Strong background in global marketing & sales.Demonstrated success within the EMS market.Strong interpersonal skills.
