The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing (DON) with the the day-to-day inspiration and motivation to create clinical and administrative oversight leading to superior levels of care and compassion that every one of our residents deserves in our 70-bed long term care and memory care building.
Additionally, this position would have oversight for our MDS, wound care program as well as our Quality Assurance program.
You will be a proactive, energetic, passionate and inspirational leader who is especially focused on radical hospitality, providing high-quality care, and ensuring that our Mission, Vision, and Core Values at Beatitudes Campus are not just words, but experiences lived every day.

Requirements:
Graduate of approved RN program; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from accredited college or university preferred
Five years in geriatric and/or post acute care nursing with at least 3 years in supervisory/management nursing role and at least 1 year experience in memory care
MDS Experience
Current RN licensure in good standing in the State of Arizona
CPR and 1st Aid certification required
