We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Cath Lab Department, including a Robust Structural Heart Program, SPA & Interventional Radiology, and drive a culture of compassionate excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications that Ignite Success:
Licensure and Certification:
RNs, your state license is a must; non-RN candidates should hold relevant certifications (AART, ACVT, RCIS).
ACLS and NIMS certification within 6 months of hire.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, radiology, or cardiovascular technology school is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
You bring 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in cardiovascular services, and ideally 2 years of healthcare supervisory experience.
