Duties:
Provides patients personal hygiene by giving bed pans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, assisting with travel to the bathroom and helping with showers and baths.
Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
Checking weight and recording intake and output information.
Job Requirements:
1 Year experience
Active OREGON CNA License
CPR/BLS/ First Aid Certification
Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
Reliable transportation & Cell phone
Food Handlers card
WHATEVER-IT-TAKES ATTITUDE!
