is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our operations on Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the execution of the STORM Programmatic Contract for S3, Inc.
Responsibilities:
Management of the company personnel and coordination of execution of contract scope from subcontractors and team members.
Coordination with PMO management for the program office needs in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS).
Interface with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for near-term and far-term contract requirements for all tasks and personnel including vacancies and new positions.
Performance evaluations for S3 personnel; assessments of subcontractor and team member performance, timecard management, development of requisitions for new hires and backfills and support to strategic planning functions for the PMO leadership.
Interface with S3 Contracts, Human Resources, and Security for PMO and program needs.
Development of budgets and analysis associated with contract execution and limitations.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree and 10 years experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 14 years experience? 5 years of hands on senior level experience in one or more functional areas of DoD/service systems program management and integration office.
6 years of experience working in a project office, User organization, or command/operations group directly related to weapon system development and integration and supporting strategic planning for a project office or government organization.
4 years of experience developing the staffing requirements for a DoD project office or organization and assessing performance of government, military, or contractor personnel.
Secret or higher DoD security clearance.
