A Advantage Air, a Smart Care Company, specializes in commercial refrigeration and HVAC, cooking, ice & beverage equipment - providing emergency repairs, preventative maintenance and new equipment sales. Our service area covers all of Central Alabama and Northern Alabama. We are professional, inclusive, customer-centric and our goal is to to hire the best in the industry! This position is primarily responsible for creating invoices, updating customer files, and sending invoices to customers.

Responsibilities:
• Create and issue invoices to customers
• Ensure accuracy of invoices - that all parts, material and labor is accounted for
• Update customer information in software system as needed
• Assist with invoice inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently
• Assist in maintaining and updating customer portals
• Update customer files with contact information
• Enter invoices into customer portals
• Answer incoming calls as needed
• Input service calls into dispatch system
• Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Full Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-term and Long-term Disability, PTO, 401K plan with company match
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, overtime as needed
Successful candidates must have a valid Drivers License and be able to pass a drug test.
