ADMIRAL BEVERAGE (DISTRIBUTOR OF 7UP, PEPSI, AND OTHER GREAT BEVERAGES) IS SEEKING A MERCHANDISER IN THE FAIRBANKS AREA. NON-TRADITIONAL HOURS, INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS MAY BE REQUIRED. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS, WE SELL, MUST BE AT LEAST 18.
MERCHANDISERS ENSURE THAT PRODUCTS APPEAR IN THE RIGHT STORE, OR ON A WEBSITE, AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME AND IN THE CORRECT QUIANTITIES. THIS INVOLVES WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE BYING TEAMS TO ACCURATELY FORCAST TRENDS, PLAN STOCK LEVELS AND MONITOR PERFORMANCE.

Fairbanks, Alaska
Merchandiser: Displays and arranges beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas to draw attention to potential customers. Provides excellent customer service to store owners and customers. Effectively resolves complaints or grievances. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, and ability to work without direct supervision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
+ Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
+ Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
+ Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays in order to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.
+ Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out of stocks conditions.
+ Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
+ Communicate effectively on a daily basis with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
+ Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
+ Wear company provided uniform and present professional and well-groomed appearance to customers and market place.
+ Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
Requirements:
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must have a valid drivers license.
+ Driving record must meet company vehicle policy requirements.
+ Reliable form of transportation.
+ Must be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
+ Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
+ Availability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
+ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.
+ Capable of meeting the physical requirements of this job, including standing, lifting, bending, carrying, and driving for extended periods.
+ Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and regular drug screens.
RATE: $20-$22 PER HOUR

Tues-Saturday 6-2
Sunday- Thursday 6-2
