This role will require knowledge and understanding of E2E process as well as significant hands-on experience in operational Accounts Payable related activities and preparation of various reports and analyses.In this role you will be…Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for other teams including GSK Operations CentreMonitoring the payables, performing vendor account reconciliationProviding specific oversight for a select number of key vendors to ensure P2P performance targets are achievedDriving supplier escalations end to end and ensuring fast resolutionCalculating KPIs, performing deep dive analyses on agreed P2P metricsPreparing daily performance metrics for respective areaProcessing more complex invoices in accordance with internal proceduresRaising, routing and managing invoice exceptions with shoppers and approversProviding support to the local business entities and vendors with ad hoc issues and urgent requestsRecommending solutions and process improvement ideasWhy you?Qualifications & Skills:
University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fieldsAt least 3 years of experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable areaHands-on experience working with SAPAdvanced Excel skillsExperience working with reporting/data mining tools e.g.
Power BI, Celonis, TableauShared Services environment experience would be a bonusAbility to identify and resolve problems proactively and collaborativelyExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with and influence users/vendors remotelyFluency in English,Benefits:
