For our Technology Center in Warsaw (Poland) we are looking for a Active Ingredients Supply Chain Execution Manager Your role is to manage a team of 6-7 across different regions to execute the supply chain data preparation, order issuance, logistic and shipping processes.
This position also oversees inventory management, participate logistic strategy formulation and budget determination.
Your role is also to coordinate regulatory documentation liaison work, complaint, and insurance related task.
What you do with us You will lead a team of up to 7 supply chain professionals and be responsible for order management and outbound logistics movements.
You will manage and support logistics execution, inventory management and regulatory compliance.
You actively participate in S&OP processes and join the Supply Consensus Meeting and Global supply reviews.
You prepare and provide analysis of demand data for AI Supply Planning Team and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Management 10+ years' experience in the chemicals, petrochemicals, or manufacturing industries with multi-national companies; engineering, supply chain, or other technical background preferred Experienced in developing and leading a team of professionals Ability to make decisions and solve problems based upon limited information If you are convinced that you can make a difference in this position and share our commitment to diversity, collaboration, and quality, we look forward to receiving your application.
