Reporting to the Civil Department Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations across a variety of work and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Ultimately, this role will see you play a key role in the continued growth of the department and will allow you to contribute to the good work we are known for.In addition to the above you will:

Who are we looking for?Our ideal candidate will have a strong structures background due to continued growth of the Civil Department and the pipeline of work ahead.Additionally, our ideal candidate will have:
5-10 years of industry experienceExperience working with Project Managers to set and monitor productivitiesStrong customer focus and the ability to interface with client and engineers on all site related mattersExperience with subcontractor managementAn unwavering commitment towards living safely with a safety record to matchCreating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
