To help us with this, we are searching for a National Manager Adviser Lending to lead the Adviser Lending team.
What you'll be busy with:
In this role the main purpose is to manage and lead the Adviser Lending team to achieve business growth and profitability while achieving good customer outcomes through:
Strong leadership by coaching, empowering, and inspiring the team Networking building strong internal and external relationships Business planning and continued development of the Adviser strategy to support SBS' growth ambition.
Achieving growth and retention of lending and new members who join SBS via the Adviser Lending channel.
What you'll bring:
Deep knowledge of residential lending and a real desire to outperform the market.
Substantial sales, service and business development experience Experience in building cross functional relationships and networking Sound business planning and problem-solving skills A strong knowledge of the NZ Adviser framework A keen attitude towards studying for NZ Certificate in Financial Services, Level 5 Experience leading teams before within the financial sector, and can coach and develop people to their potential Gel with our Values:

This role is full time, 37.5 hours a week, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday About Us:
