Danone is seeking a formulation technologist to join their team at Balclutha in Otago, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have ability to delivering safe and high-quality nutritional formulations tailored for Balclutha operations, capable of adapting formulations to accommodate variations in milk and ingredient. Candidate must have ability to maintain the integrity of formulations templates and sourcing data to ensure consistently high-quality formulations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range $50,000-$80,000 per year. Applicant should posses prior experience in a food manufacturing environment, with strong understanding of basic chemistry, food processing and exposure to dairy formulations.

Responsibilities for Formulation Technologist:

Support manufacturing, quality and technical teams to achieve best-practice delivery of nutritional formulations and speciality management.
Provide technical training for operational terms and support staff.
