NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for organizing the CEO's schedule, book hotels, and organize his inbox. You will also be monitoring the other team's KPIs and sending emails if they aren't achieving their goals on behalf of CEO. Checking in on large projects would also be a large responsibility and noting the status weekly. And you will also be a follow-up manager for the whole sales team as well as being the virtual EA.
Qualifications

● Experience in HubSpot and Microsoft is required
● 2-4 years of experience
● Well organized
● Good level of written English
● Attention to detail/organized
● Dynamic personality
● Personality fit will be key for this role
