Regions Financial is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with account management and troubleshooting - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Requirements:
- Motivated and resilient individual with a positive attitude - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Experience in banking or financial services is a plus Benefits:
