PA/Admin Assistant

Provide high level administration support to ensure smooth day to day operations in our amazing Finance unit.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the Head of Unit's diary and communications.
Coordinating key projects and disseminating information to stakeholders.
Handling customer enquiries with professionalism.
Supporting Finance leadership team meetings and events.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Hours of work - Fulltime Permanent Position
Location - This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $65,502 p.a. to $72,780 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
