We specialise in customised residential heating and air-conditioning solutions which help New Zealanders to live in healthier homes.Are you excited about sales, love to engage with people and would like to pursue a sales career then we have a great opportunity.Due to growth, EES have a role within our Auckland Sales team, we are on the lookout for a self-motivated and driven sales consultant.
If you are looking for a role, where you can grow, develop your solution-oriented sales skills and become the sales rockstar then this is your role.
We welcome recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience to apply.
We fully train, support and develop our team to succeed.Exceptional communication skills, problem solving and being self-motivated will come naturally to you, along with a desire to learn.
Crucial to your success is your ability to build rapport with a range of people and overcome objections by helping our clients understand the benefits of investing in our healthy home solutions.We have a dedicated team of fantastic customer service consultants who generate and book appointments for you.
This means you can focus on what you do best, building relationships and sales! Key aspects of your role include meeting with residential clients, conducting home assessments of client properties, tailoring healthy home product solutions, as well as delivering presentations and sales pitches.The role is performance based and to succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with the ability to smash sales targets and KPIs and a current and clean driver's license.This isn't your typical Monday to Friday, 9-5.
