The Company:
Our client is a very successful premium Spa brand and is the first choice for homeowners who are buying a spa.
With over 24 branches in New Zealand and in Australia, they are busy and are still growing.
They pride themselves on being the best in the business, with a strong commitment to ensuring their customers are looked after all the way through their spa ownership experience.
The Role:
On their behalf, we are to attract a very customer focused person, to perform Spa Deliveries and installations, as well as learn how technically trouble shoot any spa issues, and perform maintenance and repairs.
You will be partnered with a teammate and together you will perform 2 or 3 delivery / installations each day.
Not only will you be making the delivery, but you will also be installing the spa, filling it and getting it running, fitting accessories, and providing the customer some training on how it runs.
Over time, it you are keen, you can be trained up as a Spa Technician and will attend more complex field-based service calls.
What we are looking for!
We would like you to have at least a few years work experience under your belt
You will be a well-groomed, physically fit, strong person, with a good level of maturity and a good work ethic
You will enjoy communicating with customers, with a helpful attitude.
Great if you have had some hands-on handyman/technical skills… (You can knock together a set of kit-set stairs, or fit a basic audio system), that would be great).
You will need a full license, be able to drive a manual vehicle and be able to reverse a trailer.
(Or learn to do this quickly)
You will enjoy an active, physical job.
Sitting in an office all day is definitely not your thing.
You will be a team player and work together to get the job done.
With a very strong work ethic, you take pride in your job and the service you give.
The team use lifting equipment to move the spas and are conscious to do this the correct way.
But spas are big and need to be maneuvered carefully, so there will still be some lifting and adjustments needed, as you get them positioned for your customer.
So, you will need to be fit and relatively strong… and able to perform physical role, every day.
The Rewards:
You will expect to earn around $65K- $70K for 45 hours work
This is a Monday to Friday job, with some occasional over time and occasional weekend work, which you get paid extra for.
(You can end up earning really good money).
