Our amazing distribution team make sure our drinks are ready to go to all of our thirsty customers around NZ! We have an opportunity for a DC Operations Controller in our Auckland Distribution Centre.

This role is Monday to Friday, up to 45 hours/ week between 1.00pm and 10.00pm with occasional weekend work.Your Impact As a DC Operations Controller,your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient movement of customer orders from picking/packing through to on-time delivery.Key duties include:
• • Analysing delivery requirements to plan and establish efficient delivery schedules.
• Utilizing systems and tools to communicate with all site teams, directing the movement of each truck/order, and provide timely responses and updates.
• Reacting quickly to interruptions and solving problems promptly to maintain a smooth workflow throughout the distribution centre.
• Ensuring all inbound and outbound documentation and reports are accurate and prepared on time.
• Actively interacting with third-party freight forwarding service providers, drivers, maintenance engineers, the sales team and customer services, requiring excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Working towards a number of key business objectives, including maintaining all relevant reporting structures, monitoring the workflow throughout the distribution centre, and contributing to key business objectives.About YouYou'll be someone who is able to prioritise tasks and handle competing demands.• Your interpersonal and communication skills will be at a high level, and you'll have a strong technical focus.• It's a busy role! You'll be super adaptable and proficient at problem solving, planning and organising.• You will need to be IT literate and will need to have excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.• Finally, your contribution to the success of your team and customer focus will make you a valuable member of the distribution team.Note:
