As a Distribution Storeperson, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations and contribute to our mission of delivering flawless healthcare products to patients worldwide.Hours:
Sunday to Thursday 11:
00pm - 07:
30am (Some overtime may be required)Responsibilities:
Manage receipt and unloading of goods into assigned areas and accurate completion of required paperworkUsing reach and stock pickers to pick orders and store productBook dispatch requirements through identified transport networkStaying in sync with quality and job instructions at all timesContribute to zero harm workplace aligning with safe work practice and reporting all hazards, near misses and incidentsEarly identification and fixing of process errors which may have occurred and escalating where requiredIdentify continuous improvement opportunities to improve effectivenessRequirements:
Proven experience as a Storeperson or in a similar role, preferably in a distribution or logistics environmentReach and Stock picker licence essentialExperience with RF scanner an advantage but training will be providedStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentPhysically fit and able to lift heavy objectsProficient computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systemsStrong communication skills and the ability to effectively understand and implement tasks.Located in Auckland, New Zealand, Baxter Healthcare Corporation offers a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and thrive.
