We are looking for two new members to join our team in permanent capacity, one is a Full Time 40 hours a week the second position is part time for 20 hours a week (This position will require to work 6 hours on Saturdays and the rest of the hours on weekdays based on your availability).

About the positionThe Digital Enrolment Specialist is a target-based key player in our organization, reporting to the Digital Enrolments Team Leader.
The main aspects of this role include converting partially completed leads from our website to become fully enrolled patients, processing online applications to enrol in one of our clinics, and processing re-enrolments.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all leads and applications are contacted and processed in a timely mannerCarry out other enrolments and administration related tasks as requiredDaily reportingYou will need to have:
Previous experience in outbound calling is preferableStrong communication skills, both, written and verbal as well as excellent computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office in particular Excel and OutlookPassion to think and work at pace with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detailYou must have the ability to work both in a team and individually and have highly developed interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.Someone who is committed to the principles of health equity and cultural competency and who is able to demonstrate an understanding of Maori tikanga and kawa and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.If this challenge sounds like something you would enjoy then we'd love to hear from you.
