Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be providing support to the sales team and liaising with internal departments and customers to ensure all enquires/orders are delivered in time to meet customer expectations.
If you thrive in a customer centric role where no two days are the same, you may be the right fit for this position! This is a 12 month fixed term role.Day to day you will:
Answering enquiries in a timely mannerMaintaining strong relationships with existing customersLiaise with internal sales and production teamsProcessing of sales orders for new products and distribution nationwideHandling inquiries and providing information and quotesArranging freight and updating customersCreating new business accountsTo be successful in this role you will need:
2 years of experience in a similar technical customer service or manufacturing industryAbility to build rapport with customers quicklyStrong written and verbal communication skillsWell-spoken with excellent active listening skillsCompetent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRMIf you are ready to take the next step in your career and own your role, then APPLY today.
