Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will craft innovative cocktails, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our bar.
Your passion for mixology and dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences will be instrumental in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency.
Engage with guests to recommend and personalize drink selections, enhancing their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment.
Adhere to all beverage and health regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bartender in a reputable establishment, demonstrating proficiency in mixology and drink preparation.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong knowledge of beverages, including spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Legal right to work in New Zealand.
